Description

This elegant apartment called “Rosa” is 67 square meters and is situated on the ground floor. It also has a
15 square meter covered porch. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one
with twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a Jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully
fitted and equipped and the living room is elegantly furnished with antique furniture.

For families with infants and small children, on request, and according to availability: cradles or fold
up baby beds with protective sidings, child toilet seats, baby baths, high chairs, baby bottle/baby food
heaters, baby bottle sterilizer, stroller, fold up cradles, changing units, baby bouncer, plastic plates, dishes,
cups and cutlery for babies and toddlers.

Services included:
Shower, Jacuzzi, Conditioners, Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Fridge, Microwave Oven, Kettle,
Barbecue, Wi-Fi and TV. Car Park. Pets are allowed. Cleaning at end of stay. Linen for kitchen, bathrooms
and bedrooms is provided and changed weekly (guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach
towels).

In the summer, use of two beach chairs and one beach umbrella at the Grottammare beach.
