Description

The “Iperico” apartment is located on the first floor and is very spacious. It has a 30 square meter terrace
from which guests can admire a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
The apartment has a large, fully fitted and equipped kitchen and an elegantly furnished living area with a
large fireplace. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. There are two
bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a Jacuzzi. It is possible to include a single bed at an additional
cost.

For families with infants and small children, on request, and according to availability: cradles or fold
up baby beds with protective sidings, child toilet seats, baby baths, high chairs, baby bottle/baby food
heaters, baby bottle sterilizer, stroller, fold up cradles, changing units, baby bouncer, plastic plates, dishes,
cups and cutlery for babies and toddlers

Services included:
Jacuzzi, Shower, Conditioners, Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Fridge, Microwave Oven, Kettle,
Barbecue, Wi-Fi and TV. Car Park. Pets are allowed. Cleaning at end of stay. Linen for kitchen, bathrooms
and bedrooms is provided and changed weekly (guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach
towels).

In the summer, use of two beach chairs and one beach umbrella at the Grottammare beach.
