“Cardo” is a 40 square meter apartment located on the ground floor. It has a small private garden with 20
square meters of external covered terrace. This is an ideal apartment for a couple. The apartment has one
bedroom with a double bed, a spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi and a fully fitted and equipped open space
kitchen / living area.

Jacuzzi, Conditioners, Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Fridge, Microwave Oven, Kettle, Barbecue, Wi-Fi
and TV. Car Park. Pets are allowed. Cleaning at end of stay. Linen for kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms
is provided and changed weekly (guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels).

In the summer, use of two beach chairs and one beach umbrella at the Grottammare beach.
