Description

The “Giglio” apartment is located on the first floor. The private entrance can be reached by means of an
external stairway and the apartment has two levels.
From the ample terrace (22 square meters), one can access the fully fitted and equipped kitchen, the living
area with antique furniture and a charming fireplace. The first floor covering an area of 55 square meters is
completed by a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. A traditional wooden
staircase leads to the second level of the apartment where a 22 square meter open platform is situated. The
platform accommodates a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

For families with infants and small children, on request, and according to availability: cradles or fold
up baby beds with protective sidings, child toilet seats, baby baths, high chairs, baby bottle/baby food
heaters, baby bottle sterilizer, stroller, fold up cradles, changing units, baby bouncer, plastic plates, dishes,
cups and cutlery for babies and toddlers

Services included:
Shower, Conditioners, Washing Machine, Dish Washer, Fridge, Microwave Oven, Kettle,
Barbecue, Wi-Fi and TV. Car Park. Pets are allowed. Cleaning at end of stay. Linen for kitchen, bathrooms
and bedrooms is provided and changed weekly (guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach
towels).
In the summer, use of two beach chairs and one beach umbrella at the Grottammare beach.
