one with twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with an ample circular swimming
pool (1 meter 40 cm diameter, 60 cm deep). The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, providing comfort and
efficiency. The ample living area is elegantly furnished comprising antique features. Furthermore, the
apartment offers a 43 square meter external terrace ideal for dining outside or simply relaxing.

For families with infants and small children, on request, and according to availability: cradles or fold
up baby beds with protective sidings, child toilet seats, baby baths, high chairs, baby bottle/baby food
heaters, baby bottle sterilizer, stroller, fold up cradles, changing units, baby bouncer, plastic plates, dishes,
cups and cutlery for babies and toddlers

Oven, Kettle, Barbecue, Wi-Fi and TV. Car Park. Pets are allowed. Cleaning at end of stay. Linen for
kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms is provided and changed weekly (guests are kindly requested to bring
their own beach towels).

In the summer, use of two beach chairs and one beach umbrella at the Grottammare beach.
